"Incredibly humbled beyond words for the honor of being appointed Ambassador for The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. My fight against child mortality due to preventable disease has a larger platform now and I'm so honored to be fighting amongst such formidable people as fellow Ambassadors Charlize Theron and Bono. Founded by Bill Gates and Kofi Annan, The Global Fund is an admirable compliment to our work at Malaika (including our school, community center and infrastructure projects).  My goal is always to bring attention to need for improvement in the lives of children internationally"
