A Decade of Empowerment

A decade ago we started MalaikaDRC – to provide free, quality education to girls, to subsequently give them more options and opportunities in life from said education and, ultimately, to become the women they choose to be, not the women their circumstances or society dictate they must be.  Ten years later, we’ve evolved as a grassroots NGO but our goal is still the same – to have our students understand that education is a compass, and they can use it to go in whichever direction they decide.
